Payment

At checkout you will be offered payment using PAYPAL . Use your own account or sign in as a guest to pay with credit or debit card. Delivery charges will be applied upon signing in to PAYPAL.  A confirmation email will be sent upon  completion of your order in accordance with the shipping policy set out below.

Shipping Options & Delivery Costs

We offer the following shipping options - you will be asked to select a shipping method at checkout. Shipping costs are automatically assigned by carrier and will be displayed before final payment is requested. All goods are shipped from UK. For international orders please read with care our policy concerning import duties and taxes.

Royal Mail first class - UK excluding Channel Islands

Royal Mail International Tracked and Signed - all other destinations

Local pickup from Preston, UK 

Order Processing Time

All orders placed before 11AM Monday to Friday are processed and dispatched the same day - orders placed after this time will be dispatched the next working day. Orders received during weekends, public holidays or during notified holiday periods will be sent on Monday, the next business day, or upon return from holiday when shop is open.

Delivery Address & P.O. Boxes

Please note that we are unable to modify the delivery address once you have placed your order. We are sorry but we do not ship to P.O. boxes, Channel Islands or Hawaii.

International Orders, including EU

Your package may be subject to import duties and taxes. You, as the customer, are responsible for paying those fees. We recommend that you check with your local customs office before placing an order on our website as these fees can sometimes be significant and we are unable to calculate these for you.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email with tracking information. You will be able to track your package directly on the carrier’s website.
