DEVOTION

With an eye to see and a heart to feel

The way of the seeker is clearly revealed

From time of beginning sought she for the Truth

Goal of long seeking to be Absolute

The path of devotion for aeons explored

Only to find this way to be flawed

Now eye of wisdom is opened and sees

Student with master forever will be

Trapped in this world of polarity

For love and devotion are simply emotions

Fuelled by desire and eternal salvation

Tis love of love that gives birth to devotion

A way of being that holds no emotion

As courage of wrath ignites divine fire

There is no self and no other to confuse with desire

No search and no seeker, no Truth to be found

The way of Non-Being; spirit unbound
