Workshop Programme
During this workshop we will introduce basic sacred geometry, the merkaba meditation, connecting with our higher self, and the opening of the heart. All in 3 days! We will use a variety of methods, including lecture, drawing, chanting, guided meditation, and teaching videos.
The Merkaba is your light body, a crystalline electromagnetic field that exists around every person, but in most it lies dormant. The Merkaba meditation is a 17 breath meditation that takes approx. 4 – 5 minutes, and activates the Merkaba. I will guide you slowly through the meditation over three days, first teaching and then practicing a few breaths at a time, moving on only when everyone is clear on what has been learnt. For many people activating their Merkaba has a profound beneficial effect on their spiritual growth. Activation also enhances other spiritual practices such as meditation and energy work.
This is a very practical workshop in which every participant is guided through:
An experience of sacred geometry through drawing and building models (including building a life size model of a star tetrahedron).
Learning the merkaba meditation, a few breaths at a time, moving on only when everyone is confident they have understood the material.
Experiencing the opening of the heart using guided visualisation, chant, and partner work
Connecting more closely with our Higher Self.
Simple exercises to reinforce awareness of important energy centres within us that are important in the activation of our merkaba.
